Q: How do I consign my dance items?
A: It is very easy to consign with us. Gather your gently used dance items. Fill out the Customer Information form and the Consignment Agreement. Then call or email Deja Vu Dance Boutique to make a pick up/drop off appointment.

Q: What dance items can I consign?
A: We accept gently used, freshly laundered dancewear such as: bodysuits, tap shoes, jazz shoes, ballet shoes, dance tanks, dance shorts and dance bags. If the item is in such a condition that you would buy it, chances are it will meet our standards. Costumes must be freshly laundered, without rips, tears or stains and not missing any rhinestones/embellishments.

Q: What is the refund policy?
A: Items may be returned within 48 hours for a full refund less a 10% restocking fee based on the item's original list price, excluding all taxes. The fee will be waived if merchandise of equal or greater value is purchased at the time of the return.

Q: Can I ask for one of my consigned items to be returned to me?
A: If you wish to take back any item prior to the end of your Contract Period, you will pay Deja Vu Dance Boutique a 25% administration fee, based on the item's original list price, excluding all taxes

Q: Can I see your inventory online?
A: Yes our inventory can be viewed online! Our inventory is located under Products.

Q: What happens to items that do not sell?
A: If an item has not sold in the 6 month consignment period, it may be relisted, donated to charity or returned to the consignor, as agreed to by the consignor and Deja Vu Dance Boutique.
